We use the following 3rd party services to improve, understand troubleshoot, report bugs and provide support for you:
- Amazon Web Services We use Amazon S3 to store the generated PDF when the "filename" parameter is provided (automatically deleted after 2 days). We also use Cloudwatch to monitor the health of our servers (with no sensitive data provided)
- OVH Our servers are managed by OVH in France in various regions.
- Stripe Our payment gateway. This allows us to accept credit card payments securely. The sole purpose is to increase security regarding the handle of sensible payments informations such as your credit cards details.
- Plausible We use this service to understand general usage, traffic sources and to measure campaign success. We choose Plausible for its focus on privacy (no cookies or trackers are installed on our visitor’s computer)
- Customer.io We use Customer.io to send you emails related to your account and general messages like newsletters.
- Amplitude We track a few key metrics on our service and Amplitude help us visualize them. All the data are anonymized.
- Sentry We use sentry to track any issues that occurs in order to better debug them and improve the service faster.
- Profitwell We use Profitwell to have an overview of our revenues
